My definition of leadership is when someone is that is caring, respectful, positive and good at problem solving. I think that a leader is also someone that wants to help others, whether it is with a group working towards a common goal or just being there for someone to talk to. All of these traits are important to me to see in a leader as they are characteristics that I aim to have.
