#29 - The Charissa Newkirk Article

The Charissa Newkirk Article was incredible. I think that the article really shows how teenagers define happiness. We have been told that money is equal to success, and that if we don't have money, we will never be fully happy. Society and the media has taught us that we need to depend on technology to make our lives better, but I think that we need to be able to turn off our computers, cell phones and ipods once in a while and spend time with people face to face without a computer screen in the way. If we lose the personal contact with the everyone around us, no one can be fully happy. We need people to love us and care about us for true happiness in our lives.
